This case involves the defendant bar who continued to serve alcohol to a visibly drunk person in violation of the law. This drunk person left the bar in a vehicle and collided with a vehicle occupied by our client's loved one. The loved one was killed in this tragic accident. The jury heard the evidence and awarded this substantial verdict in an effort to try to stop this type of conduct in our community in the future.
