About Tiffany

Tiffany Birley joined Beasley Allen Law Firm in 2014 and is currently handling cases involving the social media litigation.

Tiffany brings a unique and personal perspective to cases involving serious injuries. Since 2018, Midsouth Super Lawyers has recognized her as a “Rising Star,” an honor given to top up-and-coming attorneys who are 40 or younger or have been practicing for ten years or less.

Before joining Beasley Allen, Tiffany gained valuable experience as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Tracy McCooey in Montgomery County Circuit Court. She now represents clients in courtrooms nationwide, including state and federal courts.

Tiffany, a Talladega native, now lives in Pike Road with her husband, Jimmie, and their beloved pets: cats Oliver and Jack and dogs Josie, Dolly, and Tobias. She has a profound love for animals and has been a vegetarian for eight years. In her free time, she is actively involved with PAWS of Alabama, a non-profit, no-kill rescue organization based in Montgomery. She has fostered around 70 cats and kittens.

Education

Tiffany graduated from Jacksonville State University in December 2008 with a BA in political science. She continued her education at Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2012.

During law school, she was an editor of the law review and president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, Jones Chapter.
