About Melody
Melody Demasi joined Beasley Allen’s Atlanta Office in 2025. She focuses on trucking, premises liability, and products liability cases.
Her passion for trial work began in high school, when she joined the mock trial team and was immediately drawn to both the intellectual rigor and the performance aspect of the courtroom. That early spark grew into a career devoted to advocating for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. This commitment was recognized when Melody was named to the 2026 Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in Georgia.
One of Melody’s most memorable victories came during her first trial as lead counsel, where she won a favorable verdict for her client and successfully defended that win on appeal. That early success reinforced her conviction in the importance of preparation, persuasive writing, and evidence-based advocacy. She brings those same skills to her plaintiff work today, combining creativity, adaptability, and a client-first approach to every case, working closely with clients from the outset to develop a strategy, gather critical evidence, and avoid costly missteps—ensuring each case is positioned for maximum recovery. Before joining Beasley Allen, Melody spent several years representing defendants in personal injury cases. That experience gave her a unique perspective on how defense teams operate and how to dismantle their strategies.
Outside the courtroom, Melody is active in her community and family life. She coaches mock trial at Emory University School of Law, mentors aspiring attorneys, and participates in her family’s Relay for Life team. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on the tennis court, cheering on the Falcons, or chasing after her two-year-old daughter and two dogs.
