
About Jeff
Jeff Price started his journey at Beasley Allen in 2012. He is currently representing the State of Alabama in litigation against the social media giant TikTok, involving allegations of violations. Additionally, he is part of the firm’s legal team supporting water systems and landowners in Alabama and Georgia in their battle against 3M, DuPont, and other defendants accused of polluting the waters of both states with hazardous chemicals.
An advocate for communities impacted by environmental contamination across the Southeast, Jeff’s work has earned him national recognition. He was named to The National Trial Lawyers’ prestigious Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Alabama, a distinction reserved for attorneys with exceptional skill and dedication.
Jeff has handled a wide variety of litigation during his tenure at Beasley Allen. He has previously represented the States of Alabama and Georgia in significant opioid litigation, holding pharmaceutical companies accountable for their role in the opioid crisis. Jeff was instrumental in securing substantial settlements for Alabama ($681 million) and Georgia ($988 million) against companies like McKesson, Teva, CVS, Johnson & Johnson, and Walgreens. His efforts in the BP Oil Spill case resulted in recovering millions of dollars for clients with business losses due to the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Jeff has also handled cases involving embezzlement, property disputes, and glyphosate.
He is a member of the Alabama State Bar.
Raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Jeff is a firm believer in the firm’s mission to help those who need it most. He currently resides in Millbrook, Alabama, with his wife Kathleen, their son Sam, and their beloved dogs, Lilly and Debra.
Education
Jeff is a proud graduate of Tulane University with a B.A. in Philosophy (2005), Cumberland School of Law with a J.D. (2008), and the University of Miami with an LL.M. in Tax (2009).
Additionally, Jeff is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant, having impressively passed the CPA exam in one go in 2012.
