About Hudson
Hudson Foy started his journey at Beasley Allen as a law clerk in our Atlanta Office before being promoted to attorney in 2025. He focuses on personal injury and products liability cases, representing individuals and families who have been harmed through no fault of their own.
Coming from a family of lawyers, Hudson saw firsthand that when you dedicate yourself to meaningful work — and do it for the right reasons — you can make a lasting difference in people’s lives. For Hudson, the law offered the perfect balance: a career that challenges him both personally and professionally while giving him the opportunity to serve others during their most difficult times.
Hudson’s passion for personal injury law took root during his two summers clerking at Beasley Allen. During that time, he saw firsthand how a serious injury can disrupt every part of a person’s life and place enormous strain on their family. Those experiences left a lasting impression and confirmed his calling to stand beside clients in their most difficult moments—helping them navigate the legal system and fighting to secure the justice and resources they need to move forward.
Outside the office, Hudson enjoys spending time outdoors. You can often find him at Lake Lanier, biking along the Atlanta Beltline, or out on the golf course.
Education
Hudson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton in 2021 before attending Emory University School of Law, where he graduated in 2025.
While at Emory, Hudson gained valuable hands‑on experience through the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, where he worked during the spring of his 2L year. He also served for two years as a member of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review Journal, sharpening his research and writing skills while exploring issues at the intersection of law, business, and public policy.
