About Burton

Burton Walker started his journey at Beasley Allen in 2024. He leads litigation against major social media platforms—including Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok—on behalf of parents, children, school boards, and counties, and is also pursuing cases against companies distributing sodium nitrite, a chemical linked to self-harm and suicide with no legitimate household use.

Burton has nearly six years of experience in criminal law. He possesses a sharp legal mind, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to client care. He is particularly passionate about legal research and writing and excels at crafting thoughtful, strategic solutions. Known for his clear communication and meticulous attention to detail, he guides clients through the legal process with empathy and confidence, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Originally from Nashville, Burton now resides in Huntsville with his wife, Abby, and their son, Ford. Outside the courtroom, he’s deeply involved in community outreach through his church and enjoys staying active with tennis, running, and traveling with his family.

Education

Burton graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 2015 and went on to earn his law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2018.

He began his legal career in 2018 as an Assistant District Attorney for Madison County, where he developed a reputation for tackling complex legal issues with precision and integrity.
