Chuck South is a founding partner of Coastal Law, a firm in Foley, Alabama. His firm has handled a variety of cases including criminal defense and family law matters. Chuck is working with the firm’s Mass Torts Section, helping the JUUL litigation team represent individuals who have suffered injuries related to the use of JUUL vaping devices and other similar vaping products. Chuck also is helping represent school districts and other public and private entities who have been impacted by the national youth vaping epidemic.
Education
A graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, Chuck earned his B.A. in history in 2005 and graduated from Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.

Chuck is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Baldwin County Bar Association.
Background
Prior to becoming an attorney, Chuck served as a youth minister for 15 years. He and his wife, Bethany, have two sons and are members of Robertsdale Church of Christ where Chuck serves as a Deacon. He is also a board member of G.U.L.F. Youth Experience.
