danielle mason photo 2 Beasley Allen welcomes new attorney Danielle Ward MasonMONTGOMERY, ALA. (June 9, 2009)  – Beasley Allen is pleased to welcome a new associate, Danielle Ward Mason, who joins the firm’s Mass Torts section, where she will work with section head Andy Birchfield to investigate claims involving dangerous drugs and medical devices. Danielle graduated cum laude from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2007. She interned at the Federal Defender Middle District of Alabama during law school, from November 2007-April 2008, and worked as a court-appointed defense attorney for the Federal Defender Middle District of Alabama following her graduation until June 2009, when she joined the staff at Beasley Allen.

A native of Montgomery, Danielle attended Jefferson Davis High School and graduated from Auburn Montgomery with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1999, followed by a Masters of Business Administration in 2001. She began a career in commercial banking, but says her heart was always calling her to the practice of law.

“It’s always been something that I’ve wanted to do,” Danielle says. “I have a love for people and a genuine passion for the law.  It is the type of profession that allows me to get really invested in a cause and to work and fight for that cause. It’s what attracted me to Beasley Allen, because our work means something and we can really make a difference in people’s lives.”

Danielle is married to Dwan R. Mason, and they have two sons, Jordan, 12, and Jaxon, 2 ½. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.
