Whistleblower uncovers mortuary kickback scheme

| Employment Law, Hostile Workplace

In February 2018, a jury handed down a multimillion dollar verdict to a whistleblower who reported a kickback scheme between a mortuary and the Alabama Organ Center (AOC). Beasley Allen lawyer Larry Golston discussed on WBRC Fox 6 News the case of whistleblower Barry Taul, who received death threats from his employers to try to keep him from reporting the wrongdoing. The scheme costs taxpayers up to an estimated $60,000 each month in false charges to the AOC.

Number one firm

I really appreciate the law firm, they look into every detail, they review everything with you not just once but several times to make sure everything is correct. They are a very good law firm and I would highly recommend them. They'll always call you back when you call with questions. They're number one in my book.
