Uncovered: Johnson & Johnson’s Deception over Talc, Baby Powder

| Medical Drugs

New information uncovered by Reuters news agency, including internal Johnson & Johnson documents, shows senior level company representatives have known for more than four decades that the talc used in many of its products contains cancer-causing asbestos. Beasley Allen has represented thousands of women who developed ovarian cancer after using talcum powder, like Johnson & Johnson’s Baby Powder, in the genital area. The new information is in line with the firm’s findings through its investigation and discovery during litigation. The firm’s founder, Jere Beasley, urges the company to admit its deception and apologize for misleading consumers and others about the potential that its products can kill people. He believes the information could be the final nail in the company’s litigation coffin.
