| Medical Drugs

Beasley Allen Law Firm has filed an opioid lawsuit on behalf of Montgomery County, Alabama. The lawsuit seeks to hold drug manufacturers and distributors accountable for the creation of the opioid epidemic. This public health and safety crisis affects communities nationwide. In addition to the human toll, the opioid crisis causes a significant financial burden on the resources of governments like Montgomery County. Beasley Allen has filed similar lawsuits for government entities throughout Alabama and the southeast, and also is representing the State of Alabama in its opioid litigation. “We believe that it puts us in a very good position to represent the people of this county, and also the entire state,” said Beasley Allen Founder Jere Beasley.
