Opioid Crisis the Fault of Big Pharma, Limestone County Alleges

| Drug Lawsuits

In Limestone County, Alabama the use of opioids has increased significantly since 1999. Nationwide deaths from prescription opioids have quadrupled since that time. Beasley Allen attorney Ryan Kral recently spoke to WHNT about one of the lawsuits the firm has filed on behalf of numerous local municipalities in Alabama. The firm has also filed a lawsuit on behalf of Sumner County, Tennessee and represents the State of Alabama in its opioid lawsuit against Purdue Pharmaceuticals.
