GM bankruptcy affects crash victims

| Serious Injuries, Automotive

WALB reports about the consequences of the impending bankruptcy of General Motors as it affects people injured by defective GM automobiles. Thousands of crash victims stand to lose their right to a day in court against the auto manufacturer if bankruptcy status wipes out the company’s responsibility for pending lawsuits. The video also features Shona Scott, who is a quadriplegic as a result of a GM auto crash. She was injured when the roof of her vehicle caved in during an accident. Our firm is asking GM to set up a fund to care for the victims injured as a result of their defective products.

Lawyers and staff continue to help me

I suffered from an allergic reaction to a common medication causing permanent injury when I was 15 years old. My settlement allows me to take care of myself instead of being on disability. Even after my case was over, the lawyers and staff continue to help me.
