Ford Explorer rollover case discussed on Ringler Radio

| Serious Injuries, Automotive

Beasley Allen lawyer LaBarron Boone, who was the lead attorney in a recent Ford Explorer rollover case, is featured on this program. The case involved a young man, Travaris “Tre” Smith, who was paralyzed after the Ford vehicle in which he was a passenger rolled over when the driver performed a standard maneuver to avoid something in the road. During his investigation of the case, LaBarron and his team demonstrated Ford was aware of a design flaw that fails to meet safety guidelines for rollover resistance, but covered it up. A Dallas County, Alabama, jury awarded Tre $151 million. Tre and LaBarron have vowed to continue fighting to expose the Ford Explorer design flaw in an effort to prevent more needless tragedies.

A positive manner

Several years ago my brother and sister -in-law were in a terrible car accident. My sister in-law was paralyzed from her neck down. Beasley Allen handled the case for my brother to see to it that my sister-in-law received the proper and necessary care she needed. I appreciate the attorneys and staff of Beasley Allen in handling this matter quickly and in a positive manner. Good job Beasley Allen!!
