Establishment owners have safety responsibility

| Serious Injuries, Negligence

The nation’s attention, of late, has been focused on safety including how secure children are while at school and the safety of family and friends at church, sporting events or large entertainment venues. Parker Miller, a principal in Beasley Allen’s Personal Injury and Products Liability Section, reminds consumers that owners of establishments are required, by law, to keep their premises free from certain, anticipated dangers. He explains how Beasley Allen works to obtain justice for clients and shines a light on negligent establishment owners. He also discusses how premises liability should be factor in the national conversation regarding safety.

A positive manner

Several years ago my brother and sister -in-law were in a terrible car accident. My sister in-law was paralyzed from her neck down. Beasley Allen handled the case for my brother to see to it that my sister-in-law received the proper and necessary care she needed. I appreciate the attorneys and staff of Beasley Allen in handling this matter quickly and in a positive manner. Good job Beasley Allen!!
