Beasley Allen’s Consumer Fraud Section Head Dee Miles discusses the firm’s lawsuit against Intel with WBRC’s Good Day Alabama. A design defect, known as Meltdown, in Intel’s central processing units (CPUs) exposes users’ personal information to hackers. Intel admits it introduced a design defect that sacrificed security for processor speed in all its CPUs. Users either must replace their computer or install software patches that can slow their devices by as much as 30 percent. Nationwide, consumers will benefit from the certified class action lawsuit, which will hold Intel accountable for deceptive marketing practices.

I never dreamed how much this would mean to me
I received another check today, much to my surprise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I never dreamed how much this would mean to me in my golden years, as I have had hearing problems for years and needed to update my hearing aids, but with a limited income, found that was impossible. I now have the best hearing aids that I have ever had, thanks to you fighting so hard on my behalf.
