Catastrophic on-the-job injuries and deaths

| Serious Injuries, Negligence

Beasley Allen attorney Kendall Dunson discusses with his law partner and Beasley Allen Report host Gibson Vance, catastrophic on-the-job injuries and deaths. He describes how Beasley Allen clients recently lost their daughter because safeguards were bypassed, which led to their daughter’s fatal on-the-job incident. It is the job of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure safety in the workplace. Unfortunately, OSHA is usually called only after an incident occurs – placing more responsibility on employers to conform to necessary safety standards and maintain a safe workplace. In industrial settings, some jobs require people to work with machines, which should include safety devices and procedures to protect employees if a machine malfunctions. Ignoring these safety measures can lead to catastrophic on-the-job injuries or even death.

I never dreamed how much this would mean to me

I received another check today, much to my surprise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I never dreamed how much this would mean to me in my golden years, as I have had hearing problems for years and needed to update my hearing aids, but with a limited income, found that was impossible. I now have the best hearing aids that I have ever had, thanks to you fighting so hard on my behalf.
