BP Oil Spill Medical Settlement described by Beasley Allen attorney Rhon Jones

| Toxic Exposure, Environmental Disasters

Gibson Vance, host of the Beasley Allen Report, welcomes fellow Beasley Allen attorney and shareholder Rhon Jones to discuss the latest developments in regards to the BP Oil Spill litigation. According to Jones, on Feb. 12, 2014, the medical settlement portion of the lawsuit was approved and Beasley Allen is now accepting claims on behalf of those affected. This settlement will involve those injured by the oil spill, such as cleanup workers and others living near where the Deepwater Horizon oil spill occurred in April of 2010. The medical settlement will allow those physically impacted to fill out medical consultations every three years throughout the next 21 years in order to have their expenses covered. Serious medical conditions appearing later in life can also be covered by this settlement if sufficient proof is found, Jones says.

Respectful, understanding, efficient and compassionate

Beasley Allen is one of the most professional organizations I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are respectful, understanding, efficient, and above all compassionate. They take the best care of their clients in every way possible. They keep us informed and aware of things involved in their clients cases. Their counsel is stellar in the industry. I would highly recommend them to others in their time of need and I have done so.
