Beasley Allen attorney Dee Miles speaks about Target security breach and class action lawsuit

Between Nov. 27 and Dec. 15, 2013, Target confirmed that a security breach resulted in the compromise of credit and debit card information for nearly 40 million accounts during the holiday season. On Dec. 20, 2013, Beasley Allen filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of Target customers who suffered losses due to the recent attack. Beasley Allen attorney Dee Miles says the lawsuit alleges “straight negligence” on the part of the retail giant when dealing with its customer’s sensitive information and says the company should have to stand trial for its errors.

Wonderful to work with

Beasley Allen did a great job with my case. They were wonderful to work with. They were available by phone when I needed them, treated me with the utmost respect and worked hard on my behalf. If a need arises in the future, I would definitely call on them again.
