Ashtyne Traylor is a member of Beasley Allen’s Toxic Torts Section working from the firm’s Atlanta office. She is currently handling cases involving asbestos-related illnesses such as mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis. Prior to joining Beasley Allen, Ashtyne worked as a law clerk for other plaintiffs’ law firms and as a Congressional Intern for Alabama Congresswoman Martha Roby.
Ashtyne is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the organization’s Young Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
In May 2018, Ashtyne received her Juris Doctorate from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law where she was a Merit Scholarship Recipient, a Scholar of Merit: Real Estate Transactions, Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, a member of the Mediation Team and consistently included on the Dean’s List. Ashtyne earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Auburn University in 2015 and was a recipient of the Spirit of Auburn Scholarship. While at Auburn, Ashtyne was a member and Risk Management Chairman of the Delta Delta Delta Greek organization. She was also a reporter and an Editor for The Auburn Plainsman, the University’s official newspaper, for three years.
Ashtyne is a member of the Junior League of Montgomery and the Tri Delta Alumni chapters in Birmingham and Montgomery. She also serves on the Montgomery Education Foundation Committee and as a mentor at Flowers Elementary School in Montgomery, Alabama.
The Montgomery, Alabama, native now resides in the Atlanta area with her Goldendoodle, Khaki.
