Tom Methvin, Managing Shareholder, discusses the new mortgage foreclosure assistance program established by the Alabama State Bar Association. Methvin is serving as President of the bar association in 2009. The assistance program will provide free legal advice for homeowners facing foreclosure. The goal is to help people keep their homes and avoid bankruptcy. The program is also sponsored by Legal Services Alabama.
