November, 2002 – This case involved a severe personal injury of our client while operating a personal watercraft. His leg was amputated from the knee down as a result of the defective manufacture of this personal watercraft. The jury heard information regarding the manufacturing process and the disregard the manufacturer had for the safety of its consumers. The jury was outraged and awarded this substantial verdict.
