October, 1989 – This case involved a consumer who purchased a tractor over time from a tractor credit company. The credit company sued the consumer to make his payments. We found out during discovery that the consumer's name had actually been forged to some of the documents. The jury awarded this substantial verdict because of the scheme that defendants entered into.
