Apparently, a particular type of spider called the Yellow Sac spider likes to make its home in the fuel hoses of this particular model. Spiderwebs constructed in the hoses could possibly restrict the vehicle's vent line, which could cause the emissions control system to increase pressure in the fuel tank and possibly causing fuel leaks.

Ford Motor Company announced a recall of 144,000 Ford F-150 pickup trucks in the United States and Canada. A defect in the front airbags may cause the airbag to deploy unexpectedly.
