Representatives from the Anniston City Schools System and other educational partners in the community gathered at Anniston Middle School in Anniston, Ala., on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, to receive a $200,000 technology grant from the Anniston Civil Justice Fund. Grant led 38 laps in the series, narrowly missing his first ARCA victory by half a second when Penske driver Parker Klingerman passed him in turn 4 of the 100th lap at Kentucky Speedway.
