The Autauga County Board of Education and the parents of six children who were touched improperly by a former substitute teacher have reached an agreement in a personal injury lawsuit against the school board.

Six parents are suing the Autauga County Board of Education, Superintendent Larry Butler and a former substitute teacher for damages in a case where the teacher pleaded guilty to sexual abuse.

West Alabama Timber has filed a lawsuit against Catepillar, Inc. and Thompson Tractor, Inc. because of the injuries and damages suffered as a result of a defective skidder.
