Attorneys present gift to Father Walter Memorial Child Care Center

MONTGOMERY, ALA. (December 14, 2009) - Beasley Allen attorneys Bill Robertson and John Tomlinson were on hand to spread a little Christmas cheer at the Father Walter Memorial Child Care Center's annual Christmas party, held Dec. 4, 2009, presenting Father Manuel Williams with a check for $6,000. The money was presented on behalf of the Montgomery County Association for Justice, and was raised at the organization's annual Golf Classic event, held in October. Bill Roberston was chair of the event for the second year in a row, and Judge Charles Price served as honorary chairman.

MCAJ golf tournament to benefit Father Walter child care center

MONTGOMERY, ALA. (September 28, 2009) - The public is invited to participate in the 20th Annual Father Walter's Memorial Golf Classic, which is set for Friday, October 2, at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club. The event, which is presented by the Montgomery County Association for Justice, benefits the Father Walter Memorial Child Care Center, which is one of only two 24-hour pediatric nursing care facilities in the state of Alabama, providing care for children with profound mental and physical challenges. This year, Judge Charles Price will serve as honorary chairman of the event.

Our firm recently settled a product liability case against the manufacturer of a planer infeed table. Our client, Stokes Moring, was employed at Dixon Lumber Company in Eufaula, Alabama.
