Beasley Allen attorneys Jere Beasley, Greg Allen, Tom Methvin, Dee Miles Andy Birchfield were named in 2007 to Lawdragon’s Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in America. These lawyers were chosen as among the best 500 in the nation by Lawdragon, a national online and print legal-services information company. The judges included lawyers from across a broad spectrum, ranging from academics to private attorneys, prosecutors to judges, even including members of the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as current and former clients. To qualify, a lawyer had to chiefly represent individuals, whether in solo or class claims of essentially any nature, toxic tort to aviation, securities class action to employment.

The 500 lawyers are the best of the best, comprising less than one-tenth of one percent (.01) of all the attorneys in the United States. They were chosen from among 15,000 nominees.

“From the sultans of securities to the kings (and queens) of class actions, these courtroom favorites wow us with their talent and tenacity,” said Lawdragon in its March 2006 listing of the nation’s top litigators. The service held voting and conducted interviews in arriving at its list of “the best and brightest of the legal profession” from among many thosuands of nominees.

In selecting its top 500 Leading Lawyers, Lawdragon, headed by award-winning legal journalists and lawyers, conducted nationwide voting and interviewed thousands of litigators, professors and judges, which included lawyers in nearly 70 specialties. As Lawdragon noted: Our only goal: hunt down the best legal talent the country had to offer.

About Jere Beasley, it had this to say:

Whether securing car recalls, tractor rollover protection or $11.9 billion in punitives against ExxonMobil, Beasley gets it done.
