Beasley Allen has partnered with the Alabama State Bar association to help raise awareness for a free program to help people in Alabama facing foreclosure with legal advice.  The free program is made possible, in part, with a grant from the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation and the participation of the Alabama Access to Justice Commission.

All Alabamians facing foreclosure are encouraged to call 1-877-393-2333. In order to answer your questions in a timely manner, please have the following information handy before calling:

  • All loan documents;
  • Payment records (cancelled checks, bank statements, etc);
  • All correspondence with loan institution.

Please remember that a foreclosure can take place in as little as 21 days so the sooner you act, the better off you will be.

Impressed with the Beasley Allen staff

I am very impressed with the Beasley Allen staff. They were very courteous and patiently explained the aspects of my claim in a way I could understand. If I ever have any need of an attorney in the future I will turn to Beasley Allen.
