Cable company fraud

We have recently engaged in litigation against the television cable company industry concerning alleged misrepresentation about "digital cable packages" being sold to consumers and whether "digital cable" is actually being delivered to consumers.

Our firm has recently filed two nationwide class actions against Charter Cable Company and Comcast, Inc for allegedly misrepresenting to consumers that they were purchasing and receiving "digital" cable services when in fact they were only receiving "analog" cable services.
