Andy Birchfield, a Shareholder with the Montgomery law firm Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis and Miles, P.C. will appear on 60 minutes on Sunday, November 14th.

Birchfield will discuss the firm’s involvement in Vioxx litigation. The firm had 58 cases filed against Vioxx manufacturer. Merck, when they pulled the drug off the market on September 30th. “Each of the cases involves either stroke of heart attack as a result of ingesting Vioxx,” says Birchfield.
