A lawsuit in Lubbock Federal Court affects anyone who is currently taking the drug Fosamax, marketed for the treatment of osteoporosis and paget's disease.
A Lubbock woman has filed a lawsuit, saying the maker of Fosamax failed to warn consumers about potentially deadly side affects.
Doctors diagnosed Sharon Redford with Osteonecrosis of the jaw, which can result in severe disability and even death. Redford is seeking damages.
