W. Daniel “Dee” Miles, III of the Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles law firm has been elected to serve as President of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association for 2003. The Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association was founded in 1979 as a professional association of Montgomery area attorneys who work together to foster and promote the administration of justice and to defend and safeguard the advocacy system. Mr. Miles practices in the area of consumer fraud, manages the firm’s entire Consumer fraud division, and is involved in every case being litigated in this section. He is a frequent guest speaker at national, regional, and state seminars on consumer fraud, a sustaining member .of the Executive Committee for the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and has previously served as an officer of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association
