Louisiana AG discusses Medicaid Fraud litigation

On Nov. 2, Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell announced the state had filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies alleged of overcharging the state’s Medicaid system. Louisiana joins 27 other states in accusing the drug companies of misreporting prices, and estimates the companies have overcharged the state by as much as six thousand percent. Beasley Allen, along with Block Law Firm of Thibodaux, are representing the State of Louisiana in this litigation. In this audio clip, AG Caldwell talks with reporters from WVUE Fox Morning News about the litigation, and what he hopes to recover for the State and its citizens.

I never dreamed how much this would mean to me

I received another check today, much to my surprise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I never dreamed how much this would mean to me in my golden years, as I have had hearing problems for years and needed to update my hearing aids, but with a limited income, found that was impossible. I now have the best hearing aids that I have ever had, thanks to you fighting so hard on my behalf.
