In this episode of the “Beasley Allen Report,” Beasley Allen principal Parker Miller visits to discuss the aftermath of the BP oil spill agreement and the changes that he’s seen since the beginning of the litigation. Thousands of businesses and individuals were adversely impacted when the Deepwater Horizon oil platform operated by BP exploded and sank in the Gulf of Mexico in April 2010. Gallons of oil gushed from the Macondo well nearly a mile below the ocean surface for eight months before the well was capped.
