Beasley Allen representing family of woman killed in collision with charter bus following National Championship game

Attorneys Jere Beasley and Chris Glover of Montgomery based law firm Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C. and Russell Blank of Georgia filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Ala., alleging negligence, gross negligence and wantonness that resulted in the wrongful death of Natalie Baine. Ms. Baine was killed in an automobile crash January 8, 2013, when the car she was riding in collided with a charter bus and another vehicle. Ms Baine was a student at the University of Alabama and returning from the National Championship football game when the crash occurred. Two of the defendants in the case are also students at the University of Alabama. The complaint alleges the Defendants failed to act reasonably and use proper care while driving.
