Beasley Allen attorney Kendall Dunson describes the importance of workplace safety

Host of the Beasley Allen Report, Gibson Vance, welcomes Beasley Allen attorney and shareholder Kendall Dunson to better educate viewers on the facts of workplace safety. In 2012, more than 4,000 workers were reported to have lost their lives while on the job. In 2011, private industry employers reported nearly three million nonfatal injuries and illnesses. In states focused on industrial-based employment, such as Alabama, safety in the workplace can become an issue. Mr. Dunson works in the Products Liability section of Beasley Allen and, during his career, has gained much experience dealing with engineering and how products are put together. When Mr. Dunson receives information about a case involving possibly unsafe work equipment, he examines not only the equipment that might have caused the incident, but the work environment in its entirety. He claims there are many factors to be considered when dealing with an onsite workplace injury or fatality, and in order to find his clients justice he must thoroughly examine each aspect of their position.

Respectful, understanding, efficient and compassionate

Beasley Allen is one of the most professional organizations I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are respectful, understanding, efficient, and above all compassionate. They take the best care of their clients in every way possible. They keep us informed and aware of things involved in their clients cases. Their counsel is stellar in the industry. I would highly recommend them to others in their time of need and I have done so.
