Beasley Allen attorney Danielle Mason warns of dangerous drugs, medical devices

Could your medication be harming you? New drugs are approved by the FDA before they go to market, to ensure there are no harmful side effects. However, this process does not always work, and people can suffer injury and even death. This week on the Beasley Allen Report, host Gibson Vance welcomes Beasley Allen attorney Danielle Mason, who works on cases involving potentially dangerous drugs and defective medical devices. Danielle says patients today must be proactive to safeguard their health. “You really have to be a lot more diligent about what you’re putting into your body,” she says. “That means having a conversation with that doctor in the office when that prescription is handed to you. You need to have a conversation about what are the risks and the benefits of taking that medication.”
