Aviation safety and litigation addressed by Beasley Allen principal Mike Andrews

Although some argue it is several times safer than driving on the highway, flying is an inherently dangerous way of traveling. In this episode of the “Beasley Allen Report,” Beasley Allen attorney Kendall Dunson welcomes fellow principal Mike Andrews to discuss aviation safety and some of the aircraft cases he’s been involved with. Many times the cases come down to either flaws in design and manufacturing or simply human error. By some estimates, mechanical failures cause up to 22 percent of aviation crashes.
