Dupont - Teflon Class Action

We have recently filed a class action in Oklahoma on behalf of consumers who purchased and used Teflon cookware from manufactured by Dupont.

Several other class actions have been filed in different states, and these cases have been consolidated in an MDL proceeding in Iowa.

The central allegation is that Teflon "off gases" potentially toxic materials when used at certain temperatures.

We believe that Dupont was aware of the dangers of this "off gassing," but has failed to place any type of warning on the Teflon cookware.

What can I do?

We have worked hard to gain a nation-wide reputation in environmental litigation, often referred to as "toxic torts." These are difficult cases, but we are fighting to make a difference.
