About Tim Fiedler

Timothy R. Fiedler joined the Beasley Allen law firm in October 2009 in the Consumer Fraud section. Tim has more than nine years of legal experience, and previously worked for Beasley Allen in February 2009 in the Environmental Law section. As part of the Consumer Fraud section, he will be working on various Class Actions, securities, complex litigation and the firm's ongoing AWP/Medicaid Fraud cases.

Tim graduated from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2000 and began his law practice in Central Florida with a firm in DeLand, Florida, focusing his practice areas on personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex product liability litigation, as well as civil and business litigation. 

In 2002, he became owner and partner of a newly formed Central Florida firm and a founding shareholder in a title company. In 2004, Tim formed the law firm of Fogle & Fiedler, PLLC in DeLand, Florida and focused his practice in complex construction, real property, and business litigation. He was managing partner of Fogle & Fiedler, PLLC, prior to moving to Montgomery, practicing both in State and Federal Court.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology and Chemistry from King College in Bristol, Tennessee. While in law school at Cumberland, Tim served on the Trial Board, was named Dean's Scholar of Merit, and received the Legal Research & Writing Merit Award and the Book Award in Decedents, Estates, and Trusts. He also is a member of the Dunn Blount Inns of Court, Florida Trial Lawyers, and a former Rotarian.

Tim was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and was raised in Ridgefield, Connecticut, before moving to Central Florida.  He now resides in Montgomery and is married to the former Mary Margaret ("Meg") Williams of Ozark, Alabama, and they have one son. Tim and his family are consistently active in church, civic, and charitable organizations.
