About Margaret Enfinger

Margaret Enfinger joined the Beasley Allen law firm in August 2010 in the Environmental Law Section.  Since joining Beasley Allen, Margaret has focused her practice on the BP Oil litigation.

Prior to joining Beasley Allen, Margaret was awarded an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellowship, where she devoted a year to helping the underserved through direct representation of victims of domestic violence, young parents, and the elderly, as well as managing law students and attorneys to increase the capacity of the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. 

Margaret received a B.A. from Huntingdon College, and a M.A. from the Escuela Diplomática & Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.  She received her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009.  While attending law school, Margaret served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia Hopkins of the United States District Court.  She joined with some of her peers to create a new journal and serve as its interim Managing Editor-The Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review.  Margaret was a member of the Wildlaw Environmental Law Moot Court Team, the BLSA Mock Trial Team, the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society, and an editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession.

Margaret is fluent in Spanish.
