About Chris Cleckley
Chris graduated from Auburn University Montgomery in 2003 with a B.S. in Justice and Public Safety. While in school, he interned for the Honorable William Shashy of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. After graduating, he served as a State of Alabama Probation and Parole Officer in Shelby County.
He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2010. During law school, Chris completed internships with the Shelby County District Attorney's Office and the State of Alabama Department of Corrections. Chris passed the Alabama State Bar Exam in 2010. He started working in the Toxic Torts section with Beasley Allen in March 2011. He is currently working on the BP Oil Spill litigation.
Chris lives in Clanton with his wife, Rachel Marler Cleckley. He actively attends Zion Ridge Church of God, where he currently serves as Recreation Director for the church's outreach program.
