Roger is a Shareholder at Beasley Allen and is a member of our Mass Torts Pharmaceutical Division. His practice focuses on helping individuals who have been injured due to defective prescription medicines and over-the-counter nutritional supplements. For several years, Roger has been a part of our Vioxx Litigation Team. He and his staff currently oversee all aspects of the Vioxx Settlement Program on behalf of Beasley Allen's clients. Recently, Roger has been appointed Lead Attorney for our Hydroxycut, Gadolinium, oral sodium phosphate, and Digitek Litigations. Roger has successfully resolved mass tort cases and individual lawsuits involving Rezulin (prescription diabetes medicine), Serzone (prescription anti-depressant), Ephedra (nutritional supplement), and PPA (ingredient in over-the-counter cold medicines). He represents clients throughout the United States.

Roger is an active member of the Alabama State Bar. He was recently appointed to the Character and Fitness Committee for 2009-2010. In past years he has served on the Task Force on Multi-jurisdictional Practice.
