About Melissa Prickett

Melissa is a member of our Mass Torts section and is currently responsible for investigating all of our Celebrex and Bextra claims. She has also handled Hormone Therapy, Baycol, Crestor and Statin claims. Melissa served on several committees in the Baycol litigation and was actively involved in the settlement of some of the firm's Baycol cases. She has also served on several committees in the Prempro Multi District Litigation, including the Governing Committee, Science Committee, Marketing Committee, and Law & Briefing Committee.

Melissa graduated from Jones School of Law in 2001. While at Jones, she served as a member of the Law Review Board and was recognized as Outstanding First Year Student. She was active in the Student Bar Association and held the positions of First Year Senator and Vice President. She was also selected Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Melissa has been a guest speaker at seminars and at local senior citizen meetings on pharmaceutical litigation. She has also served as a guest judge at several moot court competitions.

Melissa is married to Michael Prickett, and they have two sons. Members of Frazer United Methodist Church, they are actively involved in the Children's Ministry."
